One of the biggest financial institutions in Israel is seeking a Process Manager to support the transformation of squad-based work configurations, leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies. This role is part of an extensive transformation strategy aimed at modernizing our technological infrastructure, work processes, and organizational culture. We are embracing innovative technologies, advanced development tools, and automation capabilities to accelerate development cycles. Additionally, we are leading the implementation of new architectural frameworks and the modernization of core systems, enabling flexibility and improved connectivity with the external environment.

Additionally, we are leading the implementation of new architectural frameworks and the modernization of core systems, enabling flexibility and improved connectivity with the external environment.

In this role, you will be a key player in driving technological processes and operational excellence across squads. You will focus on optimizing workflows, fostering collaboration, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve delivery performance and accelerate value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive transformation efforts within the technology division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support and monitor squad teams to achieve performance targets, improve productivity, and optimize delivery cycles.
  • Analyze and improve technological processes within squads, with an emphasis on the adoption and implementation of advanced tools, automation practices, and innovative technologies (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, etc.).
  • Identify bottlenecks and obstacles, such as bureaucratic processes or technical barriers, and work with relevant stakeholders to eliminate them.
  • Implement and manage a decision-making model and operational routines within squads to drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability through the use of relevant metrics and dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure that best practices are adopted and that process improvements contribute to a higher level of operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field – significant advantage (especially with a specialization in Information Systems).
  • Strong technological orientation with experience in implementing processes within an agile technological environment.
  • Industrial Engineer with 7-10 years of experience, with proven experience in process improvement within a modern development environment (including Agile and DevOps).
  • Familiarity with the banking sector is a plus.
  • A passion for driving change and creating a meaningful impact within the organization.
  • Assertive communication skills and the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • A systematic and process-oriented mindset, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, capable of fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Quick learning ability, personal responsibility, and the ability to organize and work independently.
