About the Role
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality marketing and brand websites. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to bring innovative user experiences to life. Your role will include translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds, optimizing site performance, ensuring responsiveness across devices, and implementing best practices in accessibility, SEO, and web standards.
What You’ll Do
•Build and maintain landing pages and websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
•Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow implementations
•Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
•Implement animations, transitions, and interactions to bring designs to life
•Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
•Manage and scale the Webflow CMS structure and components
•Troubleshoot and resolve layout and performance issues quickly and efficiently
•Ensure consistency with the company’s brand and design system
What You Have
• 2+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of responsive and
interactive web applications - must
•Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Wordpress
•Experience with web performance optimization, accessibility, and coding best practices
•Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and debugging techniques
•Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
•Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with
cross-functional team
